Ingredients
- 3/4 oz raw sugar
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1 1/2 oz black tea (brewed according to package directions)
- 1 1/4 oz Brandy
- 1/3 oz rum
- 1/8 oz Peach Brandy
- peel from 1/4 lemon
- 1/2 cup soda water
- ice
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine raw sugar, lemon juice, and brewed black tea. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool to roughly room temperature.
- Add brandy, rum and peach brandy, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Immediately before serving, add soda water.
- Serve the punch over ice.
