Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz raw sugar
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 1/2 oz black tea (brewed according to package directions)
  • 1 1/4 oz Brandy
  • 1/3 oz rum
  • 1/8 oz Peach Brandy
  • peel from 1/4 lemon
  • 1/2 cup soda water
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine raw sugar, lemon juice, and brewed black tea. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Let the mixture cool to roughly room temperature.
  3. Add brandy, rum and peach brandy, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Immediately before serving, add soda water.
  5. Serve the punch over ice.
