Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 teaspoon loose rooibos tea
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh peaches
- Ice
- Seltzer
- Fresh peach slice (for garnish)
- Fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the filtered water and steep the rooibos tea for 5 minutes in a pitcher, then let it cool and refrigerate.
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, water, and peaches. Boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, mashing the peaches.
