Ingredients

  • 3 green cardamom pods
  • 3/4 oz Dewar's White Label scotch
  • 3/4 oz D'ussé cognac
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz St-Germain
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Crush the green cardamom pods and place them in a shaker.
  2. Add the Dewar's White Label scotch, D'ussé cognac, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, St-Germain, and a dash of Angostura bitters into the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
