Ingredients

  • 2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
  • 1 oz pineapple gum syrup (such as Small Hand Foods)
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 3 cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Place mint and cilantro in the bottom of a mixing glass, pour pineapple gum syrup over the herbs, and gently muddle.
  2. Add lime juice and vodka to the mixing glass.
  3. Fill the mixing glass with ice, cover with a shaking tin, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass and serve (double strain if preferred to remove any tiny bits of herbs).
