Spicy Herbaceous Infusion
A vibrant and flavorful cocktail with a kick of green chile and a hint of refreshing herbs and pineapple.
Ingredients
- 2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
- 1 oz pineapple gum syrup (such as Small Hand Foods)
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3 mint leaves
- 3 cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Place mint and cilantro in the bottom of a mixing glass, pour pineapple gum syrup over the herbs, and gently muddle.
- Add lime juice and vodka to the mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice, cover with a shaking tin, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass and serve (double strain if preferred to remove any tiny bits of herbs).
