Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin (Gin Mare used here)
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
  • 1/2 White Flesh Peach, sliced
  • 2 sprigs Basil
  • 2 oz Brickworks Peach Cider

Instructions

  1. In a Collins glass, layer ice with sliced peaches and basil leaves.
  2. Pour the gin and Cocchi Americano Rosa over the ice and peaches.
  3. Top the mixture with Peach Cider.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with a basil leaf.
