Ingredients
- 4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 1/4 oz Campari
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz maple syrup or simple syrup
- 1 egg white or 2 tbsp aquafaba
- To garnish: orange wedge, lemon wedge
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine freshly squeezed orange juice, Campari, vodka, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white or aquafaba.
- Shake vigorously without ice for 15-20 seconds to incorporate the ingredients and aerate the egg white or aquafaba, creating a sturdy foam.
