Ingredients

  • 4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 1/4 oz Campari
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz maple syrup or simple syrup
  • 1 egg white or 2 tbsp aquafaba
  • To garnish: orange wedge, lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine freshly squeezed orange juice, Campari, vodka, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white or aquafaba.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice for 15-20 seconds to incorporate the ingredients and aerate the egg white or aquafaba, creating a sturdy foam.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds to chill the drink and strengthen the foam.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
