  • 1.25 oz H by Hine Cognac
  • 1 oz Glenfiddich's 12 Yr Old Scotch
  • 3/4 oz Mount Gay Rum Eclipse
  • 1/3 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine Hine Cognac, Glenfiddich Scotch, Mount Gay Rum, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, ginger syrup, and Angostura Bitters in a shaker.
  2. Add a handful of cracked ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
