Ingredients

  • 2.50 oz Nankai Shochu
  • 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice (Swap for your favorite juice)
  • 0.50 oz Honey
  • Assorted Fruits (to taste)
  • Mint (Garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a 32 oz mason jar, combine the shochu, juice, and honey.
  2. Cut the assorted fruits into bite-size pieces.
  3. Add the fruit to the jar, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (3 hours for optimal flavor).
  4. Serve 4 oz of fruit and 4 1/2 oz of the liquid with ice, and garnish with mint.
