Ingredients
- 2.50 oz Nankai Shochu
- 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice (Swap for your favorite juice)
- 0.50 oz Honey
- Assorted Fruits (to taste)
- Mint (Garnish)
Instructions
- In a 32 oz mason jar, combine the shochu, juice, and honey.
- Cut the assorted fruits into bite-size pieces.
- Add the fruit to the jar, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (3 hours for optimal flavor).
- Serve 4 oz of fruit and 4 1/2 oz of the liquid with ice, and garnish with mint.
