Ingredients
- 1/3 orange, chopped
- 1/3 pear, chopped
- 1/3 lemon, 1/2 juiced
- 1/2 cup red berries, chopped (strawberries and cherries)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- ice
- 5 oz light red wine
- 1 1/2 oz Spanish brandy
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chopped fruit, sugar, and cinnamon, stirring to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.
- Fill a large jug with ice.
