Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Townshend's White Rose spirit
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce Suze Gentian Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce hibiscus tea syrup (recipe follows)
  • 1 egg white
  • Flower for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice and shake to mix (this is known as dry-shaking).
  2. Transfer the mixture to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake again to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Double-strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a flower.
