Ingredients
- 2 ounces Townshend's White Rose spirit
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Suze Gentian Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce hibiscus tea syrup (recipe follows)
- 1 egg white
- Flower for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice and shake to mix (this is known as dry-shaking).
- Transfer the mixture to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake again to emulsify the egg white.
- Double-strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a flower.
