Ingredients

  • 4 Luxardo marasca cherries
  • 3/4 oz Glenfiddich 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky
  • 3/4 oz Solerno blood orange liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Lillet rouge aperitif
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Garnish: orange wheel

Instructions

  1. Muddle the Luxardo marasca cherries in a shaker.
  2. Add the scotch, blood orange liqueur, Lillet rouge, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and orange bitters into the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake the mixture until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange wheel.
