Ingredients
- 4 Luxardo marasca cherries
- 3/4 oz Glenfiddich 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky
- 3/4 oz Solerno blood orange liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lillet rouge aperitif
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Garnish: orange wheel
Instructions
- Muddle the Luxardo marasca cherries in a shaker.
- Add the scotch, blood orange liqueur, Lillet rouge, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and orange bitters into the shaker with ice.
- Shake the mixture until well-chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
