The Rosy Pomegranate Spritz
A refreshing and romantic cocktail with a delightful balance of floral and bittersweet flavors, featuring rose hip-hibiscus tea, gin, Aperol, and pomegranate ice cubes topped with sparkling lemonade.
Ingredients
- Water (for ice cubes)
- Pomegranate seeds (arils)
- 2 ounces brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
- 1 ounce dry gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 0.50 ounces Aperol
- 3 drops rose water
- Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade
Instructions
- Fill an ice cube tray with water and drop several pomegranate seeds into each well. Freeze until solid.
- In a chilled mixing glass, combine the chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea, dry gin, vermouth, Aperol, and rose water. Stir well to mix.
- Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
- Pour the tea and spirits mixture over the pomegranate ice cubes.
- Top the drink with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade.
