Ingredients

  • Water (for ice cubes)
  • Pomegranate seeds (arils)
  • 2 ounces brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
  • 1 ounce dry gin
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 0.50 ounces Aperol
  • 3 drops rose water
  • Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade

Instructions

  1. Fill an ice cube tray with water and drop several pomegranate seeds into each well. Freeze until solid.
  2. In a chilled mixing glass, combine the chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea, dry gin, vermouth, Aperol, and rose water. Stir well to mix.
  3. Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
  4. Pour the tea and spirits mixture over the pomegranate ice cubes.
  5. Top the drink with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade.
