Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 oz gin (Tanqueray or Beefeater recommended)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Cherry Heering or Bols Cherry Brandy
  • 1 oz Benedictine (optional)
  • Chilled club soda
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Optional: pineapple spear, cherry, and/or orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  2. Pour the gin, lime juice, Cherry Heering, and Benedictine (if using) into the glass.
  3. Top the mixture with chilled club soda.
  4. Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters into the drink.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple spear, cherry, orange slice, or nothing at all.
