Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz additional dark rum to float on top (optional)
  • 4 - 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz pom wonderful
  • Pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the light rum and pineapple juice. Mix.
  3. Gently pour in the pom wonderful, allowing it to slide down to the bottom of the glass.
  4. If desired, pour a shot of dark rum on top of the pineapple juice by pouring it slowly over an upside-down spoon that is just touching the edge of the glass.
  5. Top with a pineapple wedge and/or a cherry.
  6. Enjoy!
