  • 2-3 dashes orange flower water
  • 1 oz egg white (pasteurized, if preferred)
  • 2-3 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine vodka, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, orange flower water, and egg white.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously without ice until the egg white is emulsified.
  3. Add mint leaves to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously again.
  5. Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  6. Add a few drops of Angostura bitters on the top of the cocktail.
