Tropical Bliss Piña Colada
A creamy and indulgent Virgin Piña Colada made with frozen pineapple, cream of coconut, and lime juice.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge (for garnish, optional)
- Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender as well.
- Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- If the consistency is too thick, add a splash of water and blend again. If it's not thick enough, add more ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into a glass, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge, or whipped cream, if desired.
