Tropical Bliss Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge (for garnish, optional)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender as well.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  4. If the consistency is too thick, add a splash of water and blend again. If it's not thick enough, add more ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge, or whipped cream, if desired.
