  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
  • 0.50 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Maraschino cherries and pineapple wedges (for garnish, optional)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, lime juice, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
