Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum (or omit for virgin pina colada)
  • 1.50 oz pineapple juice
  • 1.50 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
  • 1/8 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup ice
  • Maraschino cherry, optional for garnish
  • Pineapple wedge, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the white rum (or omit for virgin pina colada), pineapple juice, Coco Lopez cream of coconut, frozen pineapple chunks, and ice.
