Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Demerara rum
  • 1/2 oz. spiced rum
  • 1 oz. fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. curaçao (Pierre Ferrand preferred)
  • 3/4 oz. orgeat
  • 1/4 oz. allspice dram
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
  2. Add Demerara rum, spiced rum, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, curaçao, orgeat, allspice dram, and a dash of Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake the ingredients well.
  4. Pour the mixture unstrained into a glass.
  5. Garnish as desired.
