Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Campari
  • 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • Garnish: limes and/or pineapple slice & leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker with a small handful of ice.
  2. Shake the mixture well to blend all the flavors.
  3. Pour the cocktail over ice in a serving glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice, leaves, and/or lime.
