Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. reposado tequila
  • 1/2 oz. amontillado sherry
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz. coffee liqueur
  • 1/2-3/4 oz. banana liqueur
  • 1/2-3/4 oz. funky Jamaican rum
  • 3/4 oz. passion fruit syrup (2:1 simple syrup and passion fruit puree)
  • 3 drops black sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Combine reposado tequila, amontillado sherry, fresh lemon juice, coffee liqueur, banana liqueur, funky Jamaican rum, passion fruit syrup, and black sesame oil in a shaker.
  2. Shake the ingredients with pebble ice.
