- 3.50 oz pineapple juice
- 1.50 oz vodka
- 0.80 oz blue curaçao liqueur
Instructions
- Fill a large coupe or cocktail glass with ice.
- Pour the pineapple juice into the glass.
- In a small jug, mix together the vodka and blue curaçao.
- Slowly pour the vodka and blue curaçao mix into the glass, using the back of a spoon to disperse the stream so that the blue layer sits on top of the pineapple juice.
