Ingredients
- 2/3 cup hot brewed espresso or coffee
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat a heatproof glass by filling it with hot water, then discard the water.
- Shake the heavy cream in a cocktail shaker until it thickens slightly but remains fluid.
- Add white sugar to the warm glass, followed by Irish whiskey, and then pour in the hot espresso or coffee. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
- Gently layer the whipped cream over the surface of the drink using a flat-bottomed spoon.
