Ingredients
- 1.50 tsp sugar
- 0.30 oz Irish whiskey (miniature bottle)
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 peach
- 2 mint leaves
- 5 oz white wine (e.g. moscato)
- 2 oz soda water, to serve
Instructions
- In a jug, mix the sugar and whiskey along with a small amount of wine to help the sugar dissolve.
- Thinly slice the apple and peach and roughly chop the mint, then add them to the jug.
- Top up the jug with the remaining wine and chill it for at least an hour or overnight.
- When ready to serve, spoon some of the fruit into a glass, filling it about 3/4 full with the wine blend and then topping it up with soda water.
- Adjust the sugar according to your wine preference and add more whiskey for a stronger flavor, or a little apple juice for a more apple-flavored version.
