  • 1 oz agave nectar
  • 1 1/2 oz Jameson Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 oz single malt Scotch
  • 1/4 oz Pimm's
  • 1 oz agave sour mix (see instructions)
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: orange twist

Instructions

  1. For the agave sour mix: Mix the fresh lime juice and agave nectar until fully dissolved.
  2. For each cocktail: In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Irish whiskey, single malt Scotch, Pimm's, agave sour mix, and Angostura bitters.
