Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz fino sherry
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4-8 fresh Thai basil leaves, plus more for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the ice by placing ice cubes in a sturdy bag or between a folded towel and gently crushing it with a mallet or muddler.
- Smack the Thai basil leaves in your palm to release their aromatic oils, then add them to a tall glass.
- Pour the vodka, fino sherry, lime juice, and simple syrup into the glass, along with the crushed ice.
- Use a swizzle stick to gently mix the ingredients until well combined.
